As a digital business card service provider we are giving Free trial option to check that the card is working properly. So, There is no refund or cancellation available.
After Purchasing card , Found any issue in the card than user can report on samplevcard@gmail.com. Our team will try to resolve the isuue, but the amount will not be refundable.
in case paid to franchise the customer needs to contact franchisee only for refund or cancellation. We can not help for refund in that case.
For white label franchisee there is no refund available.
In white label franchisee if any amount is pending after website is live and its not paid under given date then account might be on hold.
